NOC for Two-Wheeler from BAngalore to CHennai

Two and half years is our stay in bangalore. It looks like it went really very fast and again moving to a different location and starting a new life again. Moving from one place to another means lots of things to do from selling off things to packing stuffs. We had to sold off our Car,Fridge,Microwave Oven,Treadmill. Here is the Procedure of how to apply for NOC for a Two-Wheeler from BAngalore to chennai.

1) Download this Form 28 ( 4 Copies ) separately and fill it up with Black pen. 2) As soon as I filled up this paper, I took it along with my Original Licence with Karnataka State Authority Card and the RC Book and the Original Insurance paper. 3)With the help of my friend's hubby(who knows a person in RTO), I took all the above documents to RTO,Rajajeshwari Nagar. Since my vehicle number starts with "KA 41",it came under the particular RTO. 4) They took the blue print of the "Chasis Number- Blue Print" - That is, Every vehicle has Chasis number below the place where books and things are kept. They will take a blue print form the pencil in each and every paper of FORM 28. 5) Once that is ready, they will take the documents and issue us the "paper" where "commissioner of Police ,Infantry Road" has to sign. 6)Immediate afternoon, I went to Infantry road and went ahead to the last right called "CCRB"-City Crime Record Bureau where they will issue a paper saying that the particular vehicle has no crime or theft involved. Need not say that we were asked to wait for 1/2 hr.Asked why, the police officer was rude in saying whether we wait or else collect after 7 days which is not possible. So, we waited for 1/2 hr to collect the paper from them. 7) Next day, I gave the paper to the particular person .With a wait for 2 days, I got my NOC valid only for a month!. I will continue this as soon as I go to chennai and check what is the procedure for TN Number. Those things happened with a help of a person and no money was issued from my side. But I guess Rs.300 to Rs.500/- will be the cost of the whole stuff. Rules have changed.Check it well before and then go for it.Otherwise, they might fool you with Rs.2500 or Rs.3000 from a local driving school.
